Wow! I actually used all of my meals last week, and on the days I scheduled them! Go figure!
Here’s to another planned out week!
Weekday Dinners
Monday – Taco Salad (Tortilla chips – we prefer those with lime & salt, lettuce, tomatoes, onions. cheddar cheese, taco meat, salsa, sour cream, Green Goddess dressing)
Tuesday – Leftover Taco Salad
Wednesday – Poppyseed Chicken & Rice, Green Beans
Thursday – Leftover Chicken, rice and broccoli
Friday – [Carryout - possibly with ILs?]
Backup Meal (Just in Case) – Special K Loaf, and Edamame
Weekend Breakfasts
Saturday – Biscuits and Gravy
Sunday – Leftover biscuits and gravy
