		<description>Sometimes you just need to step back and be a little easier on yourself. Gaining a pound sucks, but you didn't gain 10. You don't have to miss out on all the treats, just hold it to one a day. I treat myself every day, but I plan it out and usually have it at night after dinner and then it's done for that day, but I have the next day to look forward to. One thing that derailed me before was that I would forget what I actually ate, so now I journal it all on fitday.com.</description>
