I am part of a wonderful Christian Mothers forum community called Mothers of Grace. Within that forum is a private forum group entitled Food Issue Support. As a group we are doing the In His Image study. It’s a free study. It does not prescribe an eating plan, but lets you describe what your plan is.
It’s very hard to know if I should be exerting this kind of effort after listening to Crystal Muson, at MarchHillChurch.org speak about Gluttony. (Thanks Elisa for the link!) It was a very powerful testimony. I may write a post on it in the near future. The things she said struck such a serious chord with me.
